I've been blessed to have been born and raised right here in Kelowna. It was a very small town back then, and I have fond memories of walking through apple orchards to get to my piano lessons, or stopping by Bapka's house (my Ukranian grandmother, who’s now 100) for her homemade bread and cinnamon buns. I also spent many weekends skiing up at Big White – which was not so “big” at the time, and spending weekends at the lake with my parents, four siblings, and my numerous cousins.

After graduating from high school, my adventurous and curious spirit led me to explore and live in Victoria, Vancouver, California, Hawaii, Nakusp, Saudi Arabia, and parts of Europe. During these times, I dabbled in my passions for acting, building relationships, learning about other cultures, and obtaining my Bachelor's Degree in Education. I now find that volunteering in the school system has allowed me to keep that connection with children - something I greatly missed after having been a teacher for ten years.

When I returned to Kelowna in 1994, I had a new appreciation for this beautiful place. I was married in 1995 to my husband Paul and three years later, gave birth to our beautiful son Brenden, who is the light of our lives. We love watching him grow and develop into his own person.

I've found a wonderful way to combine my passions for traveling, learning, and connecting with like-minded people by attending workshops, seminars, and events throughout North America. I attended Engage Today 2009 which hosted the Dalai Lama, Stephen Covey, and Richard Branson, as well as many other well-known speakers - all in the same room. Amazing! I just saw Dr. Wayne Dyer in Vernon, B.C. and again, felt so honored to be there in his presence. In 2010 I attended Janet and Chris Attwood's Passion Test Training and then had the opportunity to go to India with Janet and several others! What an experience - one I will never forget!!!  These learning experiences energize me and remind me of what is really important in life – living authentically, passionately and in the present moment!

I'm so grateful to have a solid grounding, which is fed by my family, friends, co-workers, and clients. From this solid base, I've been able to pursue my dreams and passions, and in turn, help others to believe that they too, can seek their own dreams and passions.
